Field Mob, Donell Jones and Nelly Furtado Drop LPs Today

With backing from Ludacris’ imprint, Disturbing Tha Peace, Field Mob hits stores today with their Light Poles and Pine Trees LP.

“From the beginning to the end, the whole album is fire. The lyrics is fire. The beats is fresh. The songs is real and true. It’s good music,” Shawn Jay of Field Mob told Vibe.com last month.

In addition to Field Mob, R&B; crooner Donell Jones returns after a four-year hiatus with his new album, Journey of a Gemini. Jones’ new LP features the likes of Jermaine Dupri, the Clipse and Bun B of the legendary UGK.

Also, behind her smash hit, “Promiscuous,” featuring Timbaland, songbird Nelly Furtado hits stores with the release of her new album, Loose. In addition to concocting the beat to the infectious, “Promiscuous,” Timbaland serves as the album’s executive producer and co-wrote many of the compilation’s tracks with Furtado.
