FIDELITY NATIONAL INFORMATION SERVICES Fidelity National Information Services, also known as FNIS or FIS, is a public corporation formed on February 1, 2006 when Certegy Inc. merged with Fidelity Information Services, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial. , a financial transaction processor, said it created a joint venture with Banco Bradesco Banco Bradesco, short for Banco Brasileiro de Descontos, that is 'Brazilian Discount Bank', is one of the Big Four banks in Brazil, the others being Banco do Brasil, Banco Itaú and Unibanco. Bradesco is the largest private bank in Brazil. , a Brazilian financial institution, and Banco ABN Amro ABN AMRO Algemene Bank Nederland-Amsterdam Roterdam Bank (Dutch bank)  Real, a Dutch bank. The joint venture will process credit card and prepaid card transactions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
