Fidelity Capital Investors Completes Purchase of Banta Healthcare Group; Banta Healthcare Group, Ltd. Changes Name to TIDI Products.


BOSTON -- Fidelity Capital Investors, a private equity investment division of Boston-based Fidelity Investments Fidelity Investments is a group of privately held companies in the financial services industry. It is made up by two independent but closely cooperating companies, Fidelity Management and Research Corporation (FMR Co. , today announced it has completed its purchase of the business of Neenah, Wisconsin-based Banta Healthcare Group, Ltd., a manufacturer and distributor of disposable medical and dental products. Following the closing, the new business will operate under the name, TIDI TIDI Timed Doppler Interferometer
