Fidelity Assets launches free blog for brokers.

Fidelity Assets announced the launch of My Client Builder, the first communications suite built on a blogging platform customized for real estate professionals, available to real estate agents free of charge.

My Client Builder is a custom built publishing platform, or blog, that is designed to help real estate professionals grow their sphere of influence by communicating with home buyers and sellers who are actively searching for real estate on the Internet.

In addition to publishing local announcements, real estate agents can showcase their listings by uploading pictures and listing information as frequently as they would like.

Each time an agent updates their blog, an alert is sent to all subscribers with a link to the new post, helping the agent to generate repeat traffic.

Each agent's blog in My Client Builder is equipped with an RSS feed. When an agent posts a new message it is syndicated in the form of a link to hundreds of other real estate related websites around the Internet. When users click these links, they are directed to the agent's blog.

Real estate agents will also be able to create Podcasts of their listings, which can be syndicated to iTunes and downloaded onto iPods and other mobile devices, so prospects can carry and view the listings anytime.

Furthermore, each real estate agent's blog on My Client Builder is automatically updated daily with at least five real estate news articles focused on the American home buyer and seller.

My Client Builder, users can also step up their marketing efforts by subscribing to Fidelity Assets' Traffic Sender service, a customized pay-per-click marketing service.

With Traffic Sender, Fidelity Assets builds a customized marketing campaign on the major search engines.
