Fiddler's Run.

MORGANTON -- The Fiddler's Run shopping center has changed hands. CBL & Associates Properties Inc., a Chattanooga, Tenn.-based real-estate investment trust, sold it for $18 million to an undisclosed family trust. The 203,000-square-foot center, near Interstate 40, is home to a Belk, J.C. Penney, Staples and other stores. In a release, CBL Chairman Charles B. Lebovitz said the REIT was shedding "shopping centers that display less growth potential."
