Festival beckons; SCHOOLS CRICKET.Byline: GRAEME HOLLINSHEAD CLEVELAND Under-11s are in festival mood this week when they head south for the annual Minor Counties Festival of Cricket in Suffolk. The festival's 45-over matches are being staged at the Royal Hospital School in Ipswich. The local juniors will pitch their wits against a number of minor county teams including Norfolk, Suffolk, Shropshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Under-11 team manager Doug Welch will be hoping his side can maintain their good form, having lost just one match against Bradford this season from their six outings to date.
