Ferry scary moment.THIS is the devastating scene after a huge passenger ferry careered into a packed marina and destroyed up to 20 other boats. The 119-metre Queen of Oak Bay M/V Queen of Oak Bay is a double-ended C class roll-on/roll-off ferry in the BC Ferries fleet, launched in 1981 at Victoria, British Columbia. The 139. was attempting to dock when it lost power and ploughed into a line of smaller vessels. Witnesses at Horseshoe Bay There are various places named Horseshoe Bay:
