Saiez has 25 years of engineering experience in emerging technologies and applications development and also serves on the Board of Directors of cVision and as an Advisor to inSchool.com. As the FY2000 SWE National Vice President of Education, Saiez managed the career guidance, scholarship, and student activities programs of the Society during her term. Saiez received a B.S. degree in aerospace engineering from Boston University and earned an M.S. degree in operations research from Stanford University.

The 2004 Fellows will be formally recognized Saturday night, October 16 at the Society of Women Engineers' National Conference Celebrate SWE Banquet in Milwaukee, Wis. The National Conference, "Engineers Leading Change," is being held at Milwaukee's Midwest Airlines Center The Midwest Airlines Center (formerly Midwest Express Center) is a convention and exhibition center located in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The center is part of a greater complex of buildings which includes the U.S.  on October 14-16. The more than 3,000 attendees include professionals from every discipline of the engineering profession and a large number of engineering students and educators. The 2005 Conference is scheduled for November 3-5, in Anaheim, Calif.
