Feldman to address YMBA.

Steven Feldman of Goldman, Sachs & Company's Whitehall Group will be the featured speaker at the upcoming Young Mortgage Bankers Association luncheon on Wednesday, March 15th beginning at 12 p.m. at the Cornell Club at 6 East 44th Street in Manhattan.

The topic will be "The Effects of the New Information Technology on Mortgage Brokerage, Banking and Real Estate Cycles: A Financier's Perspective."

Feldman is the managing director in Goldman, Sachs & Company's Real Estate Principal Investment Area and is one of the senior leaders responsible for making investments on behalf of the Whitehall Street Funds. The Whitehall Funds are a series of investment funds advised by Goldman, Sachs & Co. that invest in real estate assets and operating companies worldwide. He has been involved in numerous private and public operating company investments, including Berkshire Realty, Maltah Parking, Devon Self-Storage and Wellsford Commercial Property Trust. He is currently the head of REPTECH, Goldman Sachs' principal investment effort focusing on real estate related technologies and e-commerce.
