Chicago, Ill. As a parent of young adults, I see them struggling with this issue. When they are in loving, committed relationships but not yet married, I want them to continue to feel the support of their family and of the church. Even when they move in together, I want them to continue to go to church and receive the sacraments together. God is with us through all the stages of our lives, including the pre-marriage state.
