Federal pride celebrations a mixed bag. (Government).


Ask a government employee whether the Bush administration supports gay pride and the answer will likely depend on where that person works. Since President Bush in 2001 broke with tradition set by the Clinton administration Noun 1. Clinton administration - the executive under President Clinton

 and decided not to sign a gay pride proclamation for the month of June, federal agencies have been handling the issue individually--with mixed results.
