Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal
Acquisition Regulation governing gov·ern v. gov·erned, gov·ern·ing, gov·erns
v.tr. 1. To make and administer the public policy and affairs of; exercise sovereign authority in.
2. contract bundling bundling, courtship custom, thought to have originated in Holland and the British Isles. It was extended to America, particularly to New England, and most widely practiced in the years prior to the Revolution of 1776. . The final rule,
