Plexis Group's E911 mapping provides law enforcement officials as well as paramedics and fire departments with the capability of viewing the electronic mapping system in order to determine the location of 911 callers. This E911 service gives emergency personnel the ability to respond more quickly and better prepared to 911 calls, which in turn could result in more lives saved. Plexis Group will also provide parcel-mapping services to Fayette County. In previous years, these parcel maps (Data West Research Agency definition: see GIS glossary.)
