. He continues to his time at university through his adult life, where a generous load of guilt frequently reminded him of failure to conform to the principles he was taught as a lad. Always he was drawn back to his relationship with Dom Joseph Warrillow, the monk he met at Quarr when he was 14, and whose low-key style led him to a degree of resolution.

Hendra's melodious voice and intimate style make for a strong story of adult spiritual struggle. His voicing of Father Joe is superb. This story, which recounts a failed marriage and indifferent parenting, is strong stuff but suitable for mature listeners. Listeners giving it a simplistic sim·plism
