UpdateEngine leverages DocuComp(R) to offer clients sophisticated

comparison technology

FatWire Software, the leader in dynamic content management (dCM) and developer of the powerful Web application assembly system UpdateEngine6 (UE6), today announced a technology integration partnership with Advanced Software, Inc. (ASI ASI,

FatWire will offer ASI's patented DocuComp(R) feature with FatWire's UpdateEngine dCM software.

Docucomp's comparison technology provides FatWire clients with new features to enhance the content management process. DocuComp, best known as the popular "compare documents" feature in Microsoft(R) Word, will provide FatWire's enterprise customers the ability to simplify content review, localization Customizing software and documentation for a particular country. It includes the translation of menus and messages into the native spoken language as well as changes in the user interface to accommodate different alphabets and culture.
