Fashionchain Transfers Operational Headquarters to New York.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 2000

Essentus International Inc., a leading provider of business-to-business software and services to the softgoods industry, announced today the intention of its corporate parent to move the operational headquarters of its fashionchain division from Montreal, Canada to the fashion district in New York City New York City: see New York, city.
