Winoker Realty realty n. a short form of "real estate." (See: real estate)

 announced the completion of two, five-year leases at 141 West 36th Street.

Winoker Realty is the leasing agent for the building, also known as 141 Fashion Exchange, and negotiated the leases with Kooba, Inc. and Style Master Fashions.

Kooba, Inc., the popular handbag designer had previously rented a smaller office space in the building, and will expand to an entire 6,000 s/f floor for the five-year term of the lease.

Throughout its length Broadway is chiefly a commercial street.  signed, a 3,000 s/f lease and joins a number of other fashion showrooms in the building, including BCBG BCBG Bon Chic Bon Genre  Handbags, Apropo, and Cynthia O'Connor and Co.

Winoker brokers Ira Fishman and Corey Abdo negotiated the Kooba, Inc. lease on behalf of the building owner, Sportswear Realities. Fishman and Clifford Moskowitz, also from Winoker, represented the building owner in the Style Masters Fashions deal.

The 22-story, 132,000 s/f building, built in 1912, is located in the hub of the Garment District The Garment District is a store in Cambridge, MA and is well known for its Dollar-A-Pound clothing store. The Garment District started out as an offshoot of Harbor Textiles, a textile company which produced wiping cloths for industry that began in the late 1940s. . Asking rents averaging $35 per square foot.
