LLC - Logical Link Control
, a company that designs and manufactures clothing for numerous brands and licenses, has signed a lease for 4,547 s/f of showroom and office space at 1410 Broadway Broadway, famous thoroughfare in New York City. It extends from Bowling Green near the foot of Manhattan island N to 262d St. in the Bronx. Throughout its length Broadway is chiefly a commercial street.  to display its newly licensed Andrew Fezza Outerwear line.

 Michael Heaner and Grant Greenspan of the Kaufman Organization, who represented the tenant in the transaction, Andelon Fusion signed a seven-year lease at the Fashion Center building. Bruce Bruce, Scottish royal family descended from an 11th-century Norman duke, Robert de Brus. He aided William I in his conquest of England (1066) and was given lands in England.  Block of LH Charney Associates, Inc. represented the landlord in the transaction.

Although the terms of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price was $40 per square foot.
