Population: 77,391. was recovering at home yesterday after apparently collapsing in a Paris street. The 70-year-old saw a doctor after the fall but did not need hospital treatment. Photographs taken at the scene show the fashion designer being carried away on a stretcher with a head wound. Yves Saint Laurent Foundation spokesman Robin Fournier-Bergmann denied reports the design guru guru (g  `r, g r` had suffered a stroke.
He added: "He is resting at home and everything is fine." "He fell down in the street in Paris. He wasn't injured in·jure tr.v. in·jured, in·jur·ing, in·jures 1. To cause physical harm to; hurt. 2.
