The Kaufman Organization has announced that Sunshine Productions
USA Inc. has signed a 7-year lease for 3,000 s/f at 260 West 39th
Street, one of the Fashion District's top showroom buildings.

asking price for the space was $26 per square foot. Sunshine Productions
USA, which also has a showroom at 530 Seventh Avenue and has been in the
Fashion District for 15 years, has taken the space as a showroom for a
