NOT being Gok, I don't get fashion, but can anyone who does please tell me what it is about bra straps?

Once they used to be decently hidden. Now it seems half the women out and about think they're not properly dressed unless they're showing their bras under their tees.

It's not nice and it's not pretty, unless you really want to do the Amy Winehouse look.

Still, better than the sight of a greyish thong stretching up from low slung jeans, I suppose, which was last year's big sartorial statement.
