Fashion designer leases SoHo loft.

 announced that fashion designer Richard Chai has leased the entire seventh floor of 107 Grand Street, the eight-story charmer charm·er

The Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation winner and former designer for Marc Jacobs Marc Jacobs (born April 9, 1963 in New York City) is an American fashion designer. He attended the High School of Art and Design and graduated in 1981. Although he does not refer to this in most interviews, he attended nearby Teaneck High School for most of his High school years.  signed a lease for the 8,600 s/f space with landlord, Man Yun Real Estate Corp., which was asking $60 per square foot.

Owles and Glanzberg represented Man Yun in the 10-year deal.

Chai's lease was guaranteed by SK Networks, which oversees businesses including manufacturing and distributing for fashion icons Tommy Hilfiger Thomas Jacob Hilfiger (born March 24, 1951 in Elmira, New York) is a world-famous American fashion designer and creator of the eponymous "Tommy Hilfiger" and "Tommy" brands. Biography
Hilfiger was born March 24, 1951 and raised in Elmira, New York.
 and Donna Karan. Chai was represented in the transaction by Esther Zar of Metro Spire, LLC. "This sun-washed loft space has great light with views on three sides, and is an ideal home for a creative company like Richard Chai," said Owles.
