, principal of Adams & Co., who was the sole broker in the transaction, Daniel M. Friedman signed an 11-year lease at the fashion building for its general and executive offices and its showroom.

The asking price for the space was $32.

The 13-story, 400,000 s/f building, located in the heart of the Fashion District, features new elevators and windows, as well as 24-hour access. Other fashion accessory tenants at the property include Rosetti Handbags, A Classic Time Watch Co., Perlina Handbags, Design by Skaffles, Barganza and many others.

"The Fashion District's premium destination buildings continue to be a powerful draw," said Levy.

"We have worked with the JLO label on other deals and continue to expand the label's presence in this area."
