* Farmland Industries Inc. and Wilbur-Ellis Co. create a joint-venture company, WILFARM LLC, planned to be one of the largest wholesale distributors of crop protection products. Keith G. Boyer, vice president and general manager of the Brayton division of Wilbur-Ellis, is named president and CEO.
