Farm Credit Services (FCS) of Mid-America, Louisville, KY, promotes Tom Schlenker to Exec VP-Financial Svs. His responsibilities include providing leadership to strategic planning and organizing and directing of the business development, sales and marketing functions for the association's four-state territory.

Dick Poe assumes Schlenker's former position as Sr VP-Financial Svs and will oversee management and sales of over 40 FCS offices throughout Ohio and Indiana.
