Fargo Electronics Announces First Quarter Conference Call for April 21st at 10 a.m. Central Time.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 2004

Fargo Electronics, Inc. (Nasdaq:FRGO) today announced that it will hold a teleconference to discuss 1st Quarter 2004 results on Wednesday, April 21st, 2004 at 10 a.m. Central Time. Quarterly results will be released before the market opening on April 21st.

Dialing 1-800-240-4186 prior to the start time will access a listen-only broadcast of the conference call. A link to a simultaneous web cast of the conference will be available at www.fargo.com in the Corporate Info/Investor Info section.

The web cast is also being distributed over CCBN's Investor Distribution Network to both institutional and individual investors. Individual investors can listen to the call through CCBN's individual investor center at www.fulldisclosure.com or by visiting any of the investor sites in CCBN's Individual Investor Network.
