Fareport Grants Stock Options.


TORONTO -- Fareport Capital Inc. (TSX TSX Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE before April, 2002)

 VENTURE:CAB) announced today that it has granted 700,000 incentive stock options to five directors and one employee.

The options were granted at an exercise price of $0.11 per common share and are exercisable for a period of five years. The options are subject to vesting provisions and the grants are subject to regulatory approval. All common shares issuable upon exercise of the options are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of grant of the options.
