In addition to the new drilling results, the Company would like to report that the Board has approved a $17 million exploration and engineering program for the first half of 2005. Extensive delineation drilling, coupled with geotechnical and metallurgical test work, will be carried out. These activities will be carried out concurrently con·cur·rent

Dick Whittington said "The first phase of our drilling program has been an unqualified success. We have exceeded our expectations at El Largo and significantly added to the resource potential of the project. In addition, G-9 appears to provide some exciting prospects for the New Year. In the mean time, metallurgical testwork is well underway and an ongoing working relationship with the local communities and the State and Federal Government is being established. 2005 will be a pivotal year for Campo Morado, as it makes the transition from exploration to Prefeasibility and finally to Bankable bank·a·ble
