This officially begins the second stage of the two phase exploration program that commenced last year. This phase will total 20,000 metres of drilling. Four drills (up from two last year) are now on site, and three will be in operation at any one time. Drilling will focus on further expansion and delineation of the El Largo deposit. Additional drilling will also be done for geotechnical testing, and to provide bulk samples for various processing and metallurgical studies, being carried out at the SGS SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SGS Symantec Gateway Security (appliance) SGS School of Graduate Studies SGS Subgrid Scale SGS Singapore Government Securities SGS Shell Global Solutions Lakefield Laboratory in Ontario, Canada. The program will also involve exploration drilling on untested targets and less defined zones, such as the promising G-9 and Estrella de Oro areas. These programs are designed to provide the data necessary to complete a Pre-Feasibility Study for the Campo Morado Project. In a related development, Bateman Engineering of Australia has been retained to develop the "wrap around" report for the Pre-Feasibility Study, which is targeted to be completed by mid-year and which will form the basis for moving to commence the Bankable bank·a·ble adj. 1.
