Located at an elevation of 7,350 ft (2,240 m), it is officially coterminous with the Federal District, which occupies 571 sq mi in Guerrero State, Mexico. Extensive drilling is planned to commence at site in early August. This program is the first phase of a comprehensive effort to advance the project toward feasibility and mine development. The deposits occur within a belt, trending northwest to southeast, hosting more than 20 known massive sulphide occurrences. Farallon acquired its initial Campo Morado properties in 1995 and carried out extensive exploration programs through 2000, including in excess of 64,000 metres of diamond drilling Diamond Drilling is a highly specialized industry used for mineral exploration around the world. Most commonly using wireline and core bits with diamond encrusted matrix. To drill holes to max depths of twelve thousand feet, for the recovery of core used in verifying mineral , over 29,000 soil samples, 544 line kilometres of gravity surveys, as well as 160 square kilometres of detailed geological mapping. Through this systematic exploration program, Farallon established an outstanding rate of discovery: two known deposits were delineated, and six new deposits and zones were identified. A recently completed technical report by in-house qualified person Daniel Kilby, P.Eng., and independent qualified person Marek Nowak, P.Eng., encompasses a review of the previous exploration programs and historic resource estimates to bring the latter into compliance with National Instrument 43-101, as well as providing recommendations for further work. This report will be filed on www.sedar.com in 30 days. A significant base and precious metals Precious Metals Valuable metals such as gold, iridium, palladium, platinum, and silver. El Rey and El Largo have been only partially delineated and are open to significant expansion with further drilling. In addition, there are many other known zones and targets to be fully explored by drilling. As part of its overall program to rapidly advance the Campo Morado Project, Farallon is planning an extensive drilling program to begin in early August. The initial phase, comprising 15,000 metres of core drilling, will focus on the El Largo and El Rey deposits and the Estrella de Oro, and G-9 zones. ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS Ronald W.
