) and Renown Air, Inc. announced today that they have terminated negotiations for Far East Ventures to acquire Renown Air Inc.

The companies have agreed to cooperate in the acquisition of potential candidates that are in the gaming/racetrack and/or airline fields.

Renown Air Inc., will be retained by FEVI as a consultant to negotiate certain targeted projects and will be compensated accordingly.
