Far East Energy Corporation Announces Corporate Reorganization.

Far East Energy Corporation (OTCBB:FEEC), formerly known as EZfoodstop.com (the "Company"), is pleased to announce the results of a special shareholder meeting held on December 31, 2001 ("Meeting").

The name of the Company was changed from EZfoodstop.com to Far East Energy Corporation, and a forward stock split of eighteen-for-one (18-for-1) of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock was approved. The forward stock split became effective on January 1, 2002 and increased the total number of shares of outstanding common stock to approximately 40 million.

The par value of the Company's common stock remains at $0.001 per share.

Three new directors were appointed to the Company's board of directors at the Meeting: Mr. Jawaharlal ("Lal") Gondi, Mr. Bill Jackson and Mr. Ramesh Kalluri. Mr. Gondi was also appointed as the chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the Company. Mr. Jackson was appointed the president and chief operating officer of the Company, and Mr. Kalluri was appointed as the Company's secretary and treasurer.

Mr. Jawaharlal ("Lal") Gondi is a versatile geologist with an extensive financial background. Mr. Gondi brings eleven years of diverse mineral exploration experience, and twenty-three years of corporate finance and capital market investment experience to the Company. He recognizes early opportunities in natural resource projects and has played a significant role in the formation and growth of companies with profits in excess of a billion dollars. He has served as a director, senior officer and principal of a number of brokerage firms both in Canada & Europe. Mr. Gondi holds a Master of Science degree in applied geology from Andhra University, Waltair, India and has completed several advanced courses in geology & finance in North America.

Mr. Bill Jackson brings over thirty years of experience in the engineering and construction industry to the Company. Mr. Jackson has served as Vice President of Bechtel Corporation, Senior Vice President of Bechtel Services Corporation, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Shaw Group. He managed the Bechtel/Chevron Capital Projects Alliance, Worldwide Procurement and Contracts (including over 1,400 technical personnel) and a joint venture company with EDS focused on utility plant operations outsourcing. He was instrumental in the development and formation of the Bechtel worldwide contracts management organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, Commerce, Texas.

Mr. Ramesh Kalluri brings over eighteen years experience in environmental engineering and management to the Company. Mr. Kalluri has held senior engineering positions with Bechtel Corporation, Turner, Collie & Braden, Inc., and Jay Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Andhra University and a Master of Science degree in environmental engineering from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
