Fancamp acquires Tsetseng Complex licence.

The Company is pleased to report that it has been granted a base/precious metal licence (1,000 km(2)) covering the Tsetseng Complex, some 100 km east of the northern sector of the Kalahari Suture Zone (KSZ). This very large magnetic/gravity target has never been drilled and like the Great Red Spot and Hubble has giant orebody potential.

The Company also wishes to report that it has been granted two precious stone licences, totalling 1,548 km(2), to be included as pan of the joint ventured Fancamp/Freewest Gemsbok South Block. Several dozen magnetic targets - potential kimberlites - have been identified on these licences, and nine prioritized targets are currently being tested for kimberlite indicator minerals. Favourable results from this testing will, of course, be followed by drilling.

The Company is currently focussing on the shallow, highly prospective hydrothermal breccia systems intersected in last fall's reconnaisance drilling, in the search for, among other targets, breccia hosted copper-gold deposits. An airborne magnetic survey has just been completed over approximately 50 kilometers of potential strike length of these systems, and is to be immediately followed up by ground geophysics and the drilling of selected targets.

Exploration continues on the Okwa Licences and the yet to be drilled Red Spot and Hubble targets.
