Here the 48-year-old mum-of-one tells us about her own shopping habits. What kind of shopper are you? I love to shop but I don't have the time. I enjoy shopping when I am in Spain because at siesta time you get a better chance to have a look round. How much do you spend a month on clothes? It is hard to say because I get most of my clothes from my own shops, we also make things so if I want anything in particular we can just make it. Food? About pounds 150 a week. Going out? I wouldn't like to say. We go out a lot. I wouldn't even want to guess. What's your most expensive item? (apart from your house) Probably my car, a BMW BMW in full Bayerische Motoren Werke AG German automaker. Founded as an aircraft engine manufacturer in 1916, the company assumed the name Bayerische Motoren Werke and became known for its high-speed motorcycles in the 1920s. . What's your best ever bargain? A fake watch I bought abroad, people think it is real but really it only cost about 10 euros. Biggest extravagance Extravagance Bovary, Emma spends money recklessly on jewelry and clothes. [Fr. Lit.: Madame Bovary, Magill I, 539–541] Cleopatra’s pearl dissolved in acid to symbolize luxury. [Rom. Hist.: Jobes, 348] ? Probably socialising would be my biggest extravagance. What's the last CD you bought? Cream Summer 2007. What's the last book you bought? I don't read. If I sit down with a book I start thinking I have got something else to do, like the ironing. What's the last item you put on your credit card? Stock for the shop. What is the last thing you bought for someone else? I am always buying my husband clothes. Are you a saver or a spender? A saver. What's the best shopping/money advice you've ever been given? If in doubt don't buy it. What's your idea of a perfect night in? A nice meal and good company. What's your ideal night out? Just spending time with your friends and going to a nice bar. What is the very last thing you bought? I just had my nails done this morning before coming in to work.
