Falcon Cable Systems Co. announced the acquisition of various cable systems serving communities in and around Coos Bay Coos Bay (ks), city (1990 pop. 15,076), Coos co., SW Oreg., a port of entry on Coos Bay; founded 1854 as Marshfield, inc. 1874, renamed 1944. , Ore. The systems were purchased from Warner Cable Communications Inc. Falcon Cable Systems Co. is a Los Angeles-based California limited The California Limited was one of the named passenger trains of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway and a true "workhorse" of the railroad. It was assigned train Nos. 3 & 4, and its route ran from Chicago, Illinois to Los Angeles, California.  partnership which owns, operates and develops cable television systems in California California (kăl'ĭfôr`nyə), most populous state in the United States, located in the Far West; bordered by Oregon (N), Nevada and, across the Colorado River, Arizona (E), Mexico (S), and the Pacific Ocean (W).  and Oregon.
