SYDNEY, Australia -- Fairfield City Council, one of Sydney's largest municipalities, has selected SPL Enterprise Asset & Work Management (EAM) to provide an integrated approach to managing and optimizing the physical and financial performance of its infrastructure assets.

One of Sydney's largest local government areas, Fairfield City covers an area of 104 square kilometers and incorporates 27 suburbs. The city is home to approximately 182,000 people and is one of Australia's most culturally diverse areas; more than half its residents were born overseas. SPL's EAM solution is part of the council's strategic project to responsibly manage and maintain its publicly owned, built and natural assets for the benefit of future generations.
