Fairchild Semiconductor Executives to Address Key Financial Conferences; Presentations to be Webcast.

SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine -- Fairchild Semiconductor (NYSE: FCS), the leading global supplier of high performance products that optimize system power, today announced that executives from the company will be speaking at the following financial conferences:

--Robert Conrad, senior vice president and general manager, Analog Products Group, will address the CSFB Annual Technology Conference on November 30 at 10:00 a.m. MT at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, AZ;

--Dan Janson, senior director, Investor Relations, will speak at the Lehman Brothers Global Technology Conference on December 7 at 11:30 a.m. PT at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, CA.
