Fair, Isaac and Co.
Fair, Isaac and Co. and McCann Relationship Marketing Worldwide are
forming a joint venture that will combine Fair, Isaac's statistical
platform and McCann's customer relationship management programs to
predict consumer behavior. The companies say the joint venture will let
companies determine "where, when and how to interact best with
their prospects and customers" based on data concerning actual
needs and behavior.
