Bradbury's futuristic novel about a world without feelings, without knowledge, without hope, has aged well since its publication in 1953. Books are burned in the story because some people are offended by their lack of political correctness politically correct

. Sound familiar? Montag is hunted down by helicopters and a robotic Mechanical Hound hound, classification used by breeders and kennel clubs to designate dogs bred to hunt animals. Most of the dogs in this group hunt by scent, their quarry ranging from such large game as bear or elk to small game and vermin; ground scenters trail slowly with the head , with the chase televised live. People sit in their homes and are mesmerized by TV screens showing trivia or worse, and the novel ends with a nuclear holocaust Nuclear holocaust refers to the possibility of complete or nearly complete eradication of human civilization by nuclear warfare. Under such a scenario, all or most of the Earth is burnt and destroyed by nuclear weapons in future world war. .
