It is a residential community with some manufacturing and truck farms. Nearby is the uninc. town of North New Hyde Park (1990 pop. 14,359). . The announcement was made by Arthur D. Sanders, president of Spiegel Associates, the property's managing agent.
Clifford Sondock, director of Leasing, represented Spiegel Associates, and Bassen Properties, Inc. represented Fabric Bonanza in the leasing transaction.
