FY 2007 annual report: achieving results.To Our Stakeholders Stakeholders All parties that have an interest, financial or otherwise, in a firm-stockholders, creditors, bondholders, employees, customers, management, the community, and the government. : Over the past few years we at NRPA NRPA National Recreation and Park Association NRPA Natural Resources Protective Association (Staten Island, NY) NRPA Niagara Regional Police Association (Canada) NRPA National Rifle and Pistol Association have focused intently on increasing our momentum, extending our reach, and making things happen--nationally, locally, and personally--to advance the goals of parks and recreation and our members. Well, the results are in. Fiscal year 2005-2006 can be claimed as a year of important achievement and success. Thanks to our energetic members and staff, we continue to find innovative ways to help address our nation's growing health concerns through education, advocacy, partnerships and effective park and recreation programs. As we all know, ensuring accessible and safe recreation and leisure opportunities for all types of people in all types of environments contributes directly to the well-being and livability of our neighborhoods and communities. Through our ever-evolving education and research programs, conferences and expositions, and unique response measures such as our hurricane relief efforts of this past year, we continue to focus firmly on our members' needs.
