FTB First Time Buyer (housing) has extended its personal income tax installment Regular, partial portion of the same debt, paid at successive periods as agreed by a debtor and creditor.
An installment loan is designed to be repaid in certain specified, ordinarily equal amounts over a designated period, such as a year or a number of months. agreement
program to Dec. 31. The program modifies the prior installment agreement
conditions from $10,000 within 36 months to $25,000 within 60 months.
Applicants qualify if they owe a balance of $25,000 or less; agree
to pay in full within 60 months or less; and have filed all required
personal income tax returns.
