And besides, she said, he loved to ride so much. On Thursday, she mourned the death of her 18-year-old son. His high school tennis coach, Bob Holycross, said Yee was well-loved on the team. ``He's really one of the finest young men I've ever coached in college and high school in 27 years,'' Holycross said. ``He was easy to get along with and was a great competitor. He knew how to compete, and afterwards he was friends with people. Some of the kids compete well, but they carry it off the court with them. Jon didn't,'' Holycross said.
