 FRANCHISE TAX BOARD TO CONDUCT A HEARING FOR PROPOSALS
 ON CHANGING EXISTING STATE INCOME TAX LAW
 The Franchise Tax Board will be conducting a hearing on Nov. 24 to allow taxpayers to present proposals for changes to existing state income tax law.
 The hearing is required by one of the provisions of the California Taxpayers' Bill of Rights. Recommended changes should be intended to improve the clarity and understanding of the tax law.
 The hearing will be held Tuesday, Nov. 24, at 10:30 a.m. in the Department of Health Services Building at 744 "P" Street, Room 102, Sacramento, CA.
