The new publication covers the latest news, developments and trends in commercial real estate in the southeastern states. Each issue features the latest information regarding ground-up projects and redevelopments, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, corporate real estate news, and related current events that are shaping the office, industrial, retail, hospitality, senior housing and multi-family sectors of real estate.

The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into Business , the company's first publication launched in 1996, and Professional Retail Store Maintenance, launched in 1998 .
