This is the best lineup yet.'' Headlining the 15th annual Fall Festival Oct. 14 and 15 at McAdam Park will be Frampton and Keith. The free summer concerts July 22, 29 and Aug. 12 in Marie Kerr Park will star America, Klugh and up and coming country singer Chely Wright. Frampton, whose 1976 live album ``Frampton Comes Alive'' sold more copies than any live album in history, performs at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Fall Festival. Keith will perform at 4 p.m. Oct. 15, singing selections from his album ``How Do You Like Me Now?'' ``This is the strongest pair we've ever had,'' said Steve Buffalo, Palmdale's special events manager. ``These are both incredible performers.'' Fall Festival concerts are free with festival admission, which will be $5 for adults and $3 for children.
