Keith will perform at 4 p.m. Oct. 15, singing selections from his album ``How Do You Like Me Now?'' ``This is the strongest pair we've ever had,'' said Steve Buffalo, Palmdale's special events manager. ``These are both incredible performers.'' Fall Festival concerts are free with festival admission, which will be $5 for adults and $3 for children.
