Charles, 1771–1847, archduke of Austria; brother of Holy Roman Emperor Francis II. Despite his epilepsy, he was the ablest Austrian commander in the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic wars; however, he was handicapped by DIVITA III as chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1, 2006.
Divita currently is FPIC's senior vice president of operations and strategy. Since joining the company in 2000, Divita has served as vice president of finance and also as president and chief executive officer of Employers Mutual Inc., a third-party administrator FPIC sold last year.
