Here, you'll still find 24-hour access to up-to-date information on courses and conferences and the online catalog function where users can select and register for classes. However, you'll also find a shopping basket interface for fast and convenient course selection, as well as useful tools such as a link to driving directions for all facilities. Now, all transactions are real-time. Users are instantly registered into a course exactly as they would be if they had called the 800-number.
