FORUM'S ESSAY, POSTER CONTEST WINNERS HONORED.

Elementary, junior and high school students had submitted essays and posters for this year's theme. Students in grades 1-6 were asked to ``Tell about a time when you or your friends helped someone who was different from you feel accepted.''

Students in grades 7-12 were asked to ``Write about a social gathering where tolerance and caring were demonstrated by you or someone else.''

This year, 27 students were recognized in four age categories at the ceremony, receiving up to $100 in cash prize awards.

``The annual essay and poster contest is a terrific way to help reach out to students and teach them about acceptance and cultural diversity.'' said Dianna Boone Boone.
