 FORD ANNOUNCES NEW CUSTOMER CASH INCENTIVES
 DETROIT, Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Customer cash incentives have been


introduced on selected 1993 Ford and Lincoln-Mercury cars and trucks and will be continued on selected 1992 models, a Ford Motor Company executive announced today.
 The new vehicle incentive program is effective immediately and will continue through Dec. 18 on most models. Incentives for 1992 Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis will end on Oct. 31.
 Robert L. Rewey, vice president - Ford North American Sales Operations, said: "We have made modifications in our incentive programs for both 1992 and 1993 models to meet market demands and to keep our dealers competitive.
 "These new incentives will help ensure that our cars and trucks are among the best values in the industry."
 Customer cash incentives will range from $200-$2,000, depending on the model and the customer's state of residence. Low financing will be available to qualified buyers as a customer option on some models, ranging from 2.9 to 7.9 APR.
